The hot tub was nice, but the dirty tub made me uncomfortable.

my family and i had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our recent trip. the ocean view from our one-bedroom suite was stunning, and the clean rooms made our stay comfortable. the friendly front desk staff made everything easier, even letting us check out late!

The location right by the beach is perfect. I loved the oceanfront view from my room. The lazy river provides endless entertainment for my kids, and the multiple pools kept us all busy. The hot tub was not operational during my visit, which was very disappointing. The indoor pool area showed signs of needing maintenance. it felt a little neglected. Also, a couple of kitchen utensils were missing, which made cooking more difficult. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, despite these minor inconveniences.

Parking spaces were often inadequate!!! !!! Noticed inconsistent enforcement of the hotel's non-smoking policy, especially near the pool!!! Needed better maintenance on kitchen amenities to enhance the cooking experience!!!
